Tanzanite Hand Carved Bird Ring

A one of a kind collector's piece.  An intricate 22 karat Yellow Gold hand carved ring. A 4.35 carat cushion Tanzanite stone,  with one bird on the side of a fully carved band. 

Tanzanite is mined exclusively in Tanzania, Africa. The rough stone comes out of the earth a diesel colour, the stone is then heat treated resulting in the gemstone taking on a predominate colour.
